Packing for a trip with a baby

Visiting Wendy in Georgetown...Bradley meeting his Girlfriend Jade for the first time...

We recently took our first weekend trip with Bradley. Thought I would share a few tips...

-Try to pack light for yourself because
before you know it your car will be filled to the top
with play mats, pack n plays, and diapers
there won't be room for your stuff.

-You can never bring enough wipes,
those things clean up everything.

-You don't really need the changing table from the pack n play,
it takes up too much space and
you are more likely to use a changing mat on the floor.

-Your trip that used to take 4 hours will now take 5
because now you have to stop and feed/change the baby.

-You never have enough time to see everyone you want to.

-If you are nursing be prepared!!!
You may find yourself in Georgetown with no place to sit feed the baby.

- If you are at a mall
the best place to nurse or change your baby is Nordstrom!
They have the best lounge!

- If the weather channel says it is going to be cold
be prepared for warm weather too!

- Take more pictures you can never have enough.

- Bring both your car and your wall charger for your phone... you will need both.

...Those are just my few little bits of advice...
