Some of you already know I had to have a biopsy on my hand last Thursday. Well, it ended up being a little more invasive than we had thought. I actually was given a nerve block to my right arm and went into the surgery room awake as the surgeon opened up my hand. They cut open the top of my hand from the base of my pointer finger straight down about 2 inches. As soon as they got enough tissue the Doctor ran upstairs to check for cancer... literally 10 minutes later came back down to tell me it wasn't cancer. Great news! They still don't know what the fibrous tissue is or what it is caused from. I go back on Friday to have my stitches removed and hopefully he will know more. I was lucky that my mom came down because I don't know what I would have done with out her! My loving husband and mother took care of me and Bradley the first few days after surgery!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I LOVE YOU BOTH!
