Tickle Tickle Tickle!

I thought this might put a smile on your face... it sure does mine! I love to hear my little Bradley laugh it cracks me up every time. He just started to really giggle about a week ago (@ 15 weeks), before that he would just squeal really loud. He loves his chunky little legs to be tickled... so stinkin' cute!

The Museum of Life and Science!

Today Lil B and I decided to take a trip to the Museum of Life and Science. Daddy was working today so it was a Mommy and Bradley day! I have been looking for places to take Bradley that would be age appropriate for a while and I have decided to not stick to the age guidelines. I knew at least I would enjoy the trip even if he didn't really care about all the exhibits. Well, let me tell you... I know Bradley is only 4 months old now, but he loved all the new and interesting things he saw today. We started out at the "Farmyard" where B saw donkeys, rabbits, pigs, a turkey, sheep, and the newest edition MAX the calf. The best part was hearing the "BAAA" of the sheep as they were getting excited for the animal keeper to feed them. Bradley got a little scared of the loud "BAAA." His lip started to quiver and he let out a little cry... I couldn't help but laugh because it was so cute. We then took a train ride around the outdoor part of the museum. It was Bradley's first train ride and he was just silent the entire trip as he took in all the sights and sounds. After the train we walked to the Magic Wings Butterfly House where they have Creepy Crawlies and a huge butterfly exhibit. We were able to walk around with thousands of butterflies. I wanted one to land on the stroller, but it never happened... I was bummed out. Bradley wasn't to thrilled about the butterflies and took a little cat nap. This museum was awesome it was a zoo and museum rolled into one! We saw Bears, wolves, lemurs, alligators, owls, and were also able to see space ships, tornadoes, and musical instruments. We banged on steel drums and tambourines, and also learned how to wash our hands properly. We both had a great time and I am so glad I decided to take Lil B. It was a great trip to help his little mind grow! I don't believe in age limits any more!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Any occasion that you can dress up for I am all about! We didn't have any plans for St. Patrick's day, but I had to dress little B up in his first St. Patty's Day outfit... I didn't want him to get pinched of course! We have found that after we (as in we I mean I) dress him all up to take pictures he is not really in the mood to take pictures, that is why I don't think professional pictures would work for him. Spontaneous pictures work the best. He smiles a lot more when he doesn't have to, plus he is probably having more fun when he isn't posing for pictures.

Mr. B's Big Hat

Here are a few pictures from the backyard the other day. It was so nice out we decided to sit at the table, but we didn't want to have B in the sun for too long so we put his little hat on, which happens to be too big. He looked so stinking cute I could help but snap away. I am so glad that I did because I got some of my favorite pictures that day!
I love my daddy... I love it!

what can I get my hands on?

I can't see... my hat is TOO BIG!

This is my FAVORITE pic!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bradley's Favorite and NOT So Favorite Things

Since today was one of those lazy days, I decided to look through some of the early photos of my little B. These are a few of my favs when he was just a couple weeks old. I can't believe that on Tuesday he will be 15 weeks old!
Some of Bradley's Favorite things...
  • playing with his Taggies... they are the best!
  • he loves to hear his voice... especially at the top of his lungs
  • loves to chew and suck on everything...mainly his hands
  • blows bubbles and drools on everything and everyone... I think teething is coming soon
  • rolling over from his back to his belly... we can't keep him on his back, he doesn't want to roll back anymore.
  • jumping on his jumperoo
  • climbing up daddy's chest
  • being held by mommy
  • loves to grab mommy's jewelry
  • loves bath time... he loves to kick and splash and make a big mess.
  • loves being on his changing table... I guess I would too, that means a clean diaper
  • loves to grab and inspect mommy and daddy's faces
  • loves to watch the puppies run around the house... he has just started paying attention to them.
  • loves to watch sports with daddy... yes already!
  • loves to hear music and watch mommy dance
  • loves to look at himself in the mirror
  • loves Dr. Seuss... he will sit on your lap and just stare at the pictures
  • loves to be tickled and play "daddy got your nose"

Bradley's NOT So Favorite things...

  • having his face wiped... what a boy
  • mommy's loud sneezes... it scares him everytime
  • sleeping by himself... we need to break him if this soon
  • getting locked into the carseat, but loves to drive in the car.

I can't think of any more... he's a pretty happy baby, except when he is hungry! He knows what he wants and wants it right away... FOOD NOW! I think he is calling now!

Rainforest Jumperoo

I decided a few weeks ago I would start putting Bradley in the jumper. He was a little too short at the begining to even touch the ground so he would just entertain himself with the toys and lights. Well... his little toes are touching the ground now so he has figured out how to jump. It is so funny to watch him because he really doesn't really understand the whole thing quite yet. I should have started posting videos from the begining, but I wasn't quite sure about how to upload videos from my BB. Anyways, it's not the best quality, but it is really cute. He starts to really jump towards the end of the video.

Beautiful weather!

NC State Baseball Game
The sun was too bright

Bradley was so tired

It was time to turn the hat backwards...

Living on the east coast is quite different from living in California. It is somewhat hard to get used to even after 3 years. This past month has been so strange, we have snow one week and the next week we have record breaking warm weather. Needless to say we took advantage of the good weather and went to a NC State Baseball game. Bradley's 1st baseball game! It was so much fun to get him out there with his little baseball hat, he looked so cute! Now we just have to get him a little glove to catch all the foul balls :-)!

We can't wait to take him to one of his Uncle Austin's aau baseball games... GO BOZ!

MOM'S BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!

Waiting to eat dinner @ KANKI
Have you ever heard of a restaraunt that you call ahead 45 min. to get your name on a list, then when you get there you have to wait 45 min. to get a pager only to wait another 30 min. to get your seat? Well, now I have... Kanki (It's just like Benihana). Gosh, I wonder how long it would have been if we didn't call ahead. I have never seen a wait so crazy... aren't we in a recession?

Cheers to MOM~

We love you

Since it was Mom's birthday the chef made her a heart!

Bradley loved to show, he was almost in a trance watching the chef...

How much food can one person eat?

apparently a lot!

I love my Grandma~

One too many bottles of Saki

Making a birthday wish

Wii Fit!keep your balance
We had such a fun weekend for Mom's birthday. She got her Wii fit and Jimmy Buffet Tickets! The Wii fit is so much fun, and it really is a work out! I am actually sore today just from playing the Wii fit. The hoola hoop game is the best by far! It is so funny to watch everyone try to keep their fake hoola hoops up and on top of that try and lean to catch more hoola hoops that are thrown at you. Greg was so good, it looked so effortless for him. If you have ever played the Wii fit you know that the little characters look just like you and they actually put their hands up to catch the hoola hoops ( which you really only have to lean to oneside or the other to catch them). Greg was actually putting his hands up to catch the hoola hoops... we were all laughing so hard I am surprised no one peed their pants! Everyone should have a Wii fit... it keeps you in shape and can entertain the family! The world would be a better place with fit happy people!
